We are a premier, nationally known home care agency that families trust to provide compassionate and quality care for their loved one within the comfort of their own homes.

We commit to educate the community on the best alternatives to nursing homes available to their family members in need of care; to obtain and maintain professional credentials and certifications as a homecare agency to ensure the consistent delivery of professional and quality services; and to go above and beyond to create and maintain a family-like atmosphere in the homes of our clients.

Allyson Smith, CEO

After earning a degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, Allyson has experienced a vast background in both the corporate and non-profit sectors of business. She has worked as a Supply Chain Management Specialist, a High School Math and Science Teacher, a Director of Counseling Center, a Program Manager and an Assistant Director of Admissions, which has afforded her the opportunity to develop an incredible ability to educate others, build effective relationships and effectively develop, organize and implement processes and procedures to ensure the success of many kinds of programs and departments. Allyson is passionate about utilizing the skills that she has developed to help both individuals and businesses create visions and fulfill dreams. As a mother of eight wonderful teenage and adult children, her strengths are encouraging them to discover and pursue their passion while helping them to overcome any obstacles.

Allyson's favorite portion of scripture is Philippians 4:6,7 which says, "Be anxious for nothing, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." She believes wholeheartedly that the first key to success is having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and that a stress-free life is possible as we learn to function in the strength, wisdom and grace of God.

Harvey Smith, President

Inspired by his father's book, "The Second American Revolution", Harvey Smith, Jr. launched a financial services business purposed to educate individuals on how to build and manage wealth, transfer that wealth to future generations and ensure that families are protected from the financial strains that can be created when a loved one dies. Mr. Smith is excited about building a team of people dedicated to this same purpose while experiencing financial freedom for themselves. He is also excited about new opportunities to help businesses save money, while providing their employees with the opportunity to build additional wealth towards retirement and protect their families at no additional cost.

With a degree in Business Marketing from West Virginia University and several years of experience in professional sales and coaching football, Harvey Smith, Jr. brings a wealth of experience with building strong relationships, strategic planning, finance, leadership and public speaking. He is a proud father of eight children and a lovely wife who shares in his vision to change lives. His favorite portion of scripture is from Ephesians 6:10-18 where as Christians, we are encouraged to put on the full armor of God so that we can be equipped to fight, offensively and defensively, for ourselves, our families, our loved ones and our neighbor
